Rates

Low Season: May 1st to December 14th

• $125/day for up to four guests; additional guests are $20/day/guest
• $875/week for up to four guests; additional guests are $140/week/guest

Rate includes cook/maid, but gratuity of $3/day/guest is suggested.

High Season: December 15th to April 30th

• $165/day for up to four guest; additional guests are $25/day/guest
• $1,155/week for up to four guest; additional guests are $175/week/guest

Note: Please add 13% for local taxes to all rates.”

Check-in and Check-Out Policy

Checkout time is noon, and it should be respected since check-in time is 3PM and the maid will need time to clean the villa for arriving guests. If you hava a late departure, please check with Lou Auletta or Gabino to see if guests are arriving at the villa the same day.
